The human body requires consistency for optimal performance. As each person is unique, their needs will each be different.
You cannot say that simply because ‘xyz’ is good for ‘so and so’ that it will be good for ‘who and who’.
The individual at a young age already understands what they like and dislike. Despite what their superiors decide, they already know what is both good and bad for them. Once you try something you know immediately if you like or dislike it, and simply put- In most cases our natural instinct prevails; that which we like is best for us.
However, our parents / guardians will always, till independence dictate what we consume (and typically how much aswell)-
1) “You can’t watch TV until you finish all your food.”
2) “No, you cannot eat any of that before dinner because you’re going to spoil your appetite.”
Since we are unable to choose our diets at a young age, and since parents are conditioned to believe that their children are without intelligence (despite the fact that children typically work out all the inherent flaws of their parents pre-birth / in utero, and can be considered the evolved version of their parents) we are at the mercy of the choices of others from birth.
One of the points being that if we consume something which we are allergic to, we immediately know that something’s wrong, it can be an upset stomach, itchy eyes, scratchy throat, perspiration, skin discoloration… etc. However these may not affect our captors / decision makers and so we might be acting ‘fussy’ or ‘picky’ as we have an allergic reaction.
The beauty of adulthood is the easing into independence and if we are to have friends then having friends who understand and accept you for who you are and what you eat is important, however sadly in many cases the individual gravitates towards that which is known, even if it’s bad for them (Stockholm Syndrome)- much like the victim of abuse will always gravitate towards an abusive relationship, we seek what our parents / guardians provided as that is to stay within our ‘comfort zone’ even knowing that it can be toxic.
The first key to proper diet then is independence as social circles and spouses will always attempt to dictate one’s diet, but to avoid social circles and spouses is to exile from society then become outcast- meaning that society perpetuates poor health and diet, which is why the Medical Industry is so profitable as we are at birth pushed away from our natural born diet.
As narcotics were some time ago chosen for society to be alcohol (a depressant) and food (basically a sedative) we are slow moving and of poor health mostly.
