With Black Market Operations controlling many of Earth’s financial sectors the punishment for breaking un-spoken rules is un-defined.

To accept these ideals is to change from the base ideology provided by society. Not to accept is to risk loss of spacial control.

To accept a reality where control of one’s environment includes simply one’s singular body- is control of the body exclusive to the body or is the mind and reflex each independent?

To seek enlightenment is to stray from the path provided by society which seeks only finance, (meaning a pestilence reaches earth and you must report to work as plague ravages society) to ask what is occuring, and truthfully require honest answers is to fall from grace, and lose one’s financial base, thusly- murder, rape, prostitution, extortion, kidnapping, and forced entry are tools now of profit however then part of the Black Market which is then to compete with Law Enforcement in a case of Revenge vs Justice. To seek justice is to trust the legal system which also seeks finance, which then at core is a part of the Black Market as Crime Universal would see profit in hand. The Agencies invested in fighting crime are rewarded financially if there are more guns on the street, more murders to solve, missing children, assault cases, drug charges, drinking and driving, manslaughter cases… Etc.

Which then states all listed if as revenge are un-altered meaning to kill a murderer in the act is still a criminal act, as justice means to stand down and allow law enforcement to intervene while as witness to said murder is to imply now victim if not accomplice as witness is to represent guilt to aforementioned murderer. To state justice is to state a licensed Police Officer, or Law Enforcement Officer in proper accordance with local jurisdiction in uniform, and on the clock (getting paid meaning) is the only form of Justice. In immediate fashion; to restrain a criminal is to risk becoming a criminal if not meeting all above criteria of Law Enforcement.

The International Syndicates which are dedicated to International Crimes (drug trafficking), (human smuggling), (the sex trade industry) will see new horizons upon the same earth shared with all. Are there voices, or am I being paranoid? The loss of spacial control brings forth loss of sensory and auditory functions.

Methods of torture are not exclusive to interrogation rooms, padded cells without windows, overseas private prisons, or even space programs with NASA. The enforcement of Laws has always been accompanied by capital punishment. Being kidnapped by rival Drug-Lords is exclusive to the Black Market and has no moral boundaries which may or may not exist within legal circles upon earth’s continents (each to vary perhaps). This not to say however that one is worse than the other. The Monarch Program has been documented, and to say all are facts cannot be proven by all. At it’s core, the program has no walls, meaning it’s victims walk earth freely. Once ‘controlled’ the victim will lose time frequency in many cases and mental collapse will occur.

To identify the program upon users would change or alter a subjects reality. In most cases ‘sightings’ of any sort are for the upper level mind to consider, or to be considered by children, as their minds are most powerful when still honest.
