From jumping and charging at staff members, to biting secret service members, Major Biden has terrorized everyone in his path since arriving in the White House, including grounds-keepers on the White House lawn where he had his off-leash privilege revoked some time ago for attacking.

The passing of his predecessor Champ Biden no doubt will play a role in his past and present behavior. 

Currently serving rehabilitation protocols off-site, Commander Biden and Willow the Cat have filled his former role on site; at The White House.

Thought to be responsible for using the red carpet outside the Diplomatic Reception Room as a Toilet, Major Biden has made a case for ‘Public Enemy Number One’.

Publicly President Biden was quoted as stating ’85 percent of people who meet him, love him.’

As with most quotes from Politicians this can neither be proven nor disputed, so a clever strategy employed by Mr Biden, who seems to favor the reckless and violent behavior displayed by the young Major Biden. And if we are to Judge this theory against his other Canine Friends, we must look to Commander, and Champ.

Champ was never one to publicly display many signs of violence, and Commander is still filling out as a Puppy, with no negative press released to date from within The Oval Office- only time will tell.
